Teamwork was the key in this project where we had the priviledge of working alongside the creative duo of Brian Hess of Hess Hoen Arctitects and Leanne Smeallie from Ampersand Interiors, Paul Govers and his team from PWG constructions ensured the project ran smoothly and made sure the quality of the finishing was to the standard of such high end homes.
This Family home featured a highly detailed lighting design with a focus on soft decorative lighting. With people coming and going at all times of the day an access control system was important component in the practicality of the project.
The audio visual componant of this project was outlined to be easy to use with a provision to future proof, We installed a custom home theatre in the teenage retreat and a Sonos system throughout the rest of the property including the courtyard. Universal controllers were used to control TV’s and equipment remotley located in the data room. A wi fi network was installed to deliver strong and reliable wi fi throughout.
